I have 2 types of fuel pumps? Plain one & Vacume type

I was given two different types of fuel pumps with my engine. One is like what I seen on another PW, plain Jane pump with glass jar filter. The other one has a Vacume Pump on the bottom of it. Is this for the wipers like the guy said. They are both the same on the engine side angle bolt holes and levers match. Mark H.
