Front Lock out hub question. B-1 48 PW

I have a Lock out hub only one need two. This one has two flat levers to engauge it with. Can I find another one and if so what do they cost? Tring to sort this stuff out. To figure what ring and pinions I have. Can you by looking at the numbers (part #1662961 Chrysler Corp) the ratios of them? Maybe counting the teeth on them? They are in boxes and was tring to find out if they are the same as the ones in it. I read a post but it was gone now on how to figure them when in the truck by counting the turns, anyone know.
