A M-43 w/ little rust - a rare thing!! To me the price seems high. The truck body is worth about $2000 add $800-1000 if running. The winch, if good, adds another $800 - you still need the winch driveshaft ($150) and pto $100-150.
IMHO for $5000 you probaly can find a very nice and complete truck needing little - this of course depends on where you are.
