I found the same in my carryall. IT was not bad but it was there. I painted everyting I could. I also shot rust killers up between the inner and oute skins then sprayed paint up there also. Hopefully it will hold. It would not be a bad idea to go to a rust proofer and have them spray between the pannels. Waxoil is a name of a firm that I used in Alaska for rust prevention.
