But as A. I do not live in the states in question, B. I am not the owner, nor the buyer of either of these trucks, and C. mostly I was after info about what people got away with, NOT the legal issue.
Legally I am supposed to do all kinds of things I and most people do not do.
My question was intended as something like asking a person in an area new to me what the police will let you do on the highway, most places around here, 8-9 over, out east, HIGHER, out west, lower some places, higher others.
Always good to know what the general rule of thumb is before you step on it.
That was the intention of my question, and that is the answer I got.
