My '61 townwagon PW has a vibration at a fairly low speed(25-30) and again at about 50-55. The original transfer case tailshaft mounted emergency brake is there but not complete. Could this be the source? I have new wheels and tires and the problem was there with the old ones. U-joints all seem tight, clutch assembly fairly new (6000 mi)
