Eric, I have a 97 12 valve they were 215 hp w/5sp .Mine has 3:54's and it has an upgraded factory cummings fuel plate, straight exh, incresed boost 30psi,increased the pump timing to 15 degrees( a must) with a 21,000 gvw load i sometimes have to go to 4th but it still holds 60-65 eeven on steep (6%)I had to change out factory clutch to center force 3,truckis running about 600 ft lbs of torque 275 hp
