Since we stole all of your water, ha!ha! (that IS funny!) And all of these guys down here have too much time on their hands, they set up the South Coast Air Quality Management District. AQMD. The AQMD has authority over everything in SoCal under 4,000 ft. elevation and we have more stringent rules. (can you say inversion layer?) However 1973 and earlier are exempt in all of CA.
The law was changed as a trade off for the crusher laws, Prior to that 1965 and back were exempt. By that progress your '83 will be exempt in 2056, can you wait???
