Need info. on FF I just found

Yesterday I found a FF pickup that I hope to purchase. Need a little info. The top line of info. on the metal plate is as follows:
M6W3M L12013 WM300 126 I believe this makes it a 1959 model. Is that correct?
Next line is 6500 5.8 Chry. What does that mean.
Also, it is missing one wheel. The wheels are huge and have 5 lug nuts. Owner said they robbed one to put on an old military truck used for brush fires? What size wheels might these be. They sure are not 16" though.
