i drove the new 2003(i think its a 2003) high output cummins engine with a stick. power was fantastic & noise dramatically reduced from the 2002 i drove immediately after. my dealer still has 1 old body style extended cab dually with cummins and stick. i think i might wait a bit more and make a real low offer. brand new truck & i only need it for weekend use. if i bought one as a daily driver, id go for the 2003 cummins ho with the allison trans. good luck, mannyc
