Dodging the issue of probate for a moment, still no explanation is offered why Jonas is on the forum about his truck, did he sell it but not tranfer title to avoid the sales tax in washington, if he sold it and got paid why is the real owner not filing the stolen truck report, is the sale conditional upon delivery of the truck to the buyers state? These are the rubbing questions i still have. I operate in the pirate world of heavy equiptment, no payment unless i get a notorized bill of sale in my hand, no equiptment leaves the yard until the check or wire transfer has cleared my bank. What was Jonas working on anyway the i pay you wedsday for a truck on monday. Still has not spoken or posted to how the rest of us or me can avoid this happening. It must still be his truck so he is liable right?Was the deal he let the truck driver collect the money or something, how can he have it both ways? If he has not been paid the truck is still his and he is liable, i can not beleive the transporter took on the role of collection agent, did he? Sounds like a insurance scam, does not compute, hope someone will speak to where delivery and exchange of mony took place and if Washington state law was followed by both the buyer and seller, also what is the liab of the trucking company, who are they going to pay, jonas or the new buyer, who will pay for the shipping to vegas?Please no personal attacks, just the facts of th ecase so everybody will quit dogpiling me!Let Jonas post the copy of the completely filled out transaction with the sales tax, tiles changes etc so the forum can see, i still have not lowered myself to call him out as he has me, show us the completed tile and bill of sale! Or the police report with details they are public records and were filed right?
