I dont understand how dirt in the slave cylinder circuit and a leak at the rear of the master cylinder could cause the syncros to overheat and turn blue from heat and wear the bronze face off. Either the NV4500 or 5600 or both ? require a special synthetic lubricant. Wonder if the wrong lube was installed at the factory ? New Venture cautions that use with other lubs will cause serious damage.
