Norm, They must lower the Fords torque and HP for the trucks sold in the US.
I guess Ford decided that it just wouldn't be responsible to sell trucks with this much power to Texans...& as for Californians, well I guess they decided that they just didn't want to buckle & conform to your stringent emmissions...or maybe they just made too much noise to allow these to be riding around Hollywood or something with all them movies being filmed?
