Yeah, you said it right there.
My 76 W200 has 192,000 chassis miles and 55,000 on the 3 year old 400. That truck starts every day. Never fails, pump twice choke out, start it, choke in halfway give it about 2 minutes or so. Choke in, throw it in gear and go. Doesn't matter if it's 20 below outside and 3 feet of snow and ice on the ground.

Now however I can say that the dash guages lack something in the cold and you could probly relate that to the build em as cheaply as possible. But the heater works, the stereo jams, and she loves the snow!!
