Spring pads are different on 1.5 ton rear axle housing and FF PW rear housing and are not interchangeable. There is NO pad on the 1.5 ton centered rear axle to which you can bolt your FF PW springs. There is only a cast loop on the top of the axle housing through which the tandem axle springs pass. Won't work on FF PW. You need a centered rear axle from a late WW II WC 3/4 ton Dodge 4X4.
