1 the bill of sale had to be notorized
2 the nevada DMV paperwork included reports from 7 states that there was no record of the vehicle
3 i had to sign a sworn statement of fact regarding the origin of the truck and why there was no physical title
4 the DMV field instpector verified that the frame number matched the door vin plate and that both were intact
5 i took a print out of the price sheet on the home page of the forum as they had no records that showed the original msrp and they used those figures
6 if i had not had all of the above i would not have gotten a nevada title
also
most of the forms stated that it was a FELONY
to make any statement that was not TRUE
the nevada DMV was very helpful and gave me all the information and directions to follow to complete the process
