NP 435 4-Speed

Has anybody ever adjusted the fork or the shift gates on a NP 435, my 3rd gear is really becoming a grouch.

At first I thought it might be a synchro but it doesn't usually act the same twice in a row. Considering it has 190,000 on it, and has never been adjusted I figure it may just be a little out of wack???

Any suggestions?
