If you have ever felt a sharp wack when you hit something- like the steel wheel wasn't protected by the tire- you may have damaged the tire internally. I might not show for thousands of miles, but when it does, having long since forgotten about that rock in the road, you blame the mgf for making a bsd tire. Fortunatly, the road hazard warrantee will fix it, usually with no hassle. Tires aren't idiot proof, watch how you drive !
