? I understand the white long sleeve shirts with the red embossed names, the green trousers, the $1.75/hr (Ernie's Bodyshop on S.R.18 Brimfield Ohio, long since gone), the $.28 per gallon (Sunoco & Sinclair gas wars at $.11), the cardboard oil cans (I have a case still in my garage), finding a undamaged part in the yard was like buying a "new" part, 1st road worthy car for $50 (61 Newport), using the old Jenny and lots of ZEP to get the state vehicles undercoated before the salt started flying, changing tie rod ends in the ditch (no jack), one headlight pointing to the stars (headlight buckets rusted out completely), shock absorbers were couch cushions on the seats, studded snow tires on all fours wheels (often on til June), and wearing as many sweaters, coats, gloves, & hats on the inside of the car as out during the winter... but the chin is grizzled? It doesn't get cold in California :)
