The History Chanel is great if taken with "grain of salt". The Movies in Time "discussions" are always amusing in that for the 3 hour movie they discuss the historical accuracy for all of 3 minutes. As far as the actual shows there are always inaccuracies. The "best one" I can think of is in the "German Machine Guns of WW2" there is a 10 minute+/- segment on the MP38/40 submachinegun, well I guess no one told the "expert" as he is discussing the P38 pistol (the full sized walther). There are many more (many in every show), as a result I take every episode for its entertainment value over it's historical accuracy.
