Hi all,

We just posted the latest revision to the file. Since I replaced my water distributor A.K.A. distribution tube, I included instructions (cooling section) for how to get a rust locked tube out. I also included the radiator water hose numbers for upper and lower. Along with this project I installed a GM 50 amp alternator (I know, but it was free) that installed real nice. My local electric shop order a wide pully to use will the wide "V" belt. I used a 1x1/4 inch flat stock, cut two pieces 4x5/8 long, drilled two holes, one on each end (5/16 and 3/8) bolted to the existing generator mount. I spaced the alternator using pipe and a 9 inch 3/8 bolt for the alternator, and 5/8 spacing for the lower left mount to center the alternator pully. Did some temporary re-wiring and things are working great. My last step is to install a GTO Electronics Power Converter (I also got free) to provide 110V direct current for running various equipment, but it also works as a Welder that uses 3/32 rod for light welding. Everyone have a good day!!
