Thing i sure donot like here is that nobody puts back for the trucks, there are no cd of parts numbers, no how to,s on swaps, driveshaft updates, no member pics, locations, no mention of anyone ever racing/offroading a ffpw in a competive event, overdrives how to,s etc. And one thing for sure, no one ever trys to run the latest tires and lift kits for the older trucks or lockers. For a truck that is supposed to be the real 4x4 it sucks in parts updates, no lift lits, no group orders for new wheels that will not kill somebody due to rust in the groove or bent lock ring. This forum needs a new format and updating, still the best just rusty! Hey, i am building a truck, have the 20 inch terras, cat challanger 36 inch wide track, still waiting on some parts. Can not run dodge front diff due to no lockers for big axle, it is easier and the parts are there to build a m35 4x4 with a dodge motor. Please go back and read the post, it was never stated i actually installed 3 lockers in the time or truck, i called Doug higgins about the 6x6 he has there for sale. I thought maybe it would carry corn to deer feeders with terra tires and lockers. I found out the axles are too close together to run anything over 35 inches. Truck is too heavy for mud, will break thru. Snow cat has dodge rears, bhp and alum cab with lockers, can put rubber tires on it to drive on highway. You are welcome to visit my webpage to watch progress of the buildup. sorry if you got the ass at me, you ever build a light locked truck with terra tires? Ever build your own wheels? Build a track frame for a power wagon? Install overdrive in truck, this is what i like, the trucks have gotten so overpriced it is cheaper to buy a m35 if you want a serious mudder, there arew all kinds of wheels tires lockers lift kits etc available for the rockwell and spicer overdrive why did that not happen with the parts suppliers that advertise here? powerwagon? Good question? Standing by for attack of the hive, i can take it. Does anybody have rockwells under there truck?
