This is the S P & S 700, built in 1938 by Baldwin Locomotive works. It is based out of Portland, OR. The 844 is presently undergoing major repairs at Omaha and will hopefully be back on the rails in 2004...I have rode on it also!! Its almost twice the size as the 700!
