When my Carryall is complete, I plan to build a swivel frame PW. I too have thought about locking a swivel for road use. I believe a road lockup would give more stability/safety at speed. I thought about 1" pins through the joint, but once on unever ground, you would never pull them out or insert. I am now thinking about a hydraulic lock up using a hand operated Porta Power for the hydraulic source. Sure would love to hear others ideas on this.
