Unfortunately, the problem that we have with lockers for our rigs is that you have to live with them all the time and I think that there would be a new set of problems using a locker with the swivel.

As far as locking the swivel in place for highway use, I think that would be a great idea. I am sure that there are lots of ways to accomplish that. Do you want something that you can control from the cab or crawl underneath to actuate?
