I do not know nuch about the 1/2 ton WCs but while trying to put a bed together for my 64 WM300, I found what was left of a WW11 military PU bed.I suspect it was from a early 40s WC, the fenders were much more appealing than the FF PW rear fenders as they had a nice little flare at the rear and had the sparetire impression on the pass. side fender. Also the rolled side edges are not as deep as the FF PW fenders matching the front fenders more. I personally prefer
the look of them better than the originals.
