Not much,... water pumps are reversed as are radiator fittings,...but why change out the baby Hemi to a less capable engine???? Parts are rare, but not really that hard to find for the Poly. There are plenty of knowledgeable 318 Poly experts at my site, if you have questions on rebuilding the Poly.
