3.9L, same cylinder dimensions as 6B used in modern Dodge pickups. I don't believe it's available in 4 valves/cylinder yet, but it probably eventually will be. I don't know the precise dimensions but it will easily fit in a M37 or even an older (230 flathead) Power Wagon, with 4-5" to spare in length (fan to back of block) vs. firewall to radiator. Power comes in wide range, it can be purchased naturally aspirated, turbo, and turbo-aftercooled. HP varies from 80 to 130, or more. Torque from 180 to 333, or more. Peak HP rpm usually 25-2600 but probably can be re-adjusted to 2800. There is a multiplicity of bellhousings and flywheels available, since the 6B has become pretty ubiquitous and the rear of the motors are the same. So all the common automotive bellhousings + SAE#3 (important because a 2.5 ton Spicer 3053A 5 spd with 5th=0.85:1 can be bought surplus in good shape for $4-500). On the Cummins home page it's only under "Industrial", not "Automotive", but it is EPA certified for 99 emission specs (I think). I think they are found in a lot of construction equipment and some step-vans and delivery trucks. Cummins sells them new and factory re-manufactured.
What are you thinking about putting it in? I'm just finishing up a Hercules/NP540 installation into a 48 B1PW.
