OK, I pushed my '54 C1PW out of the garage 20 feet, cleaned the garage and then pushed it back in. The steering wheel loosened up. The nut under the horn cover is on ALL THE WAY, but the steering wheel is still loose. What the heck am I missing? (in terms of the steering wheel assembly)
