Thanks for the info. The VIN # is 81578755. Any idea when or where it falls on the assembly line? Thanks for including the picture of yours I have a goal now. The history of mine is somewhat short. Went to work for the Army on the Alcan Highway in 42, then went to work for the Dept of Interior until Alaska became a State in 58. Sold in auction to a miner who worked it on a gold mine hauling crew, wood and gold until 74 when it was parked due to cracked frame, blown tranny, blown engine, shot drivelines, and etc...... Thanks for your help. I'm sure that I will have more questions as the restoration proceeds.
