I received an interesting email from Brian Aitken that I thought I'd share with you.
Dear Joe,
I recently came across a Power Wagon in Saudia Arabia that I am looking
for information about.
I visited your web page while on vacation in Canada and noted your table
of Power Wagon Production Numbers. This vehicle is post 1971 and has the
following dash plate information:
DODGE Model - X30
Serial # X37BC2S605611
TON - Q1477802
Max Front Cap. 03750
Max Rear Cap. 06500
GVW 9500
The truck has a step side pickup box with wood slat bench seats, open
cab, PTO winch and slant 6 engine. the odometer reading is 04656
(original mileage - probably still has the original oil in the pan.)
Rubber, wood, glass, painted and plastic parts have considerable heat damage
but the body has zero rust and is complete.
Would you consider this truck a good find and worth importing to North
America and restoring?
Any information, contacts or comments you could give me would be appreciated.
