Anything is feasible depending on how much time and money you are willing to invest. The B5.9 is a physically large and heavy engine. A B3.9 would be more appropriate. You will most definitely need to swap the axles to stronger units. Then you would probably also want heavier front springs. And disc brakes. And power steering. And the really fun part would be shoe horning the engine into the engine compartment. Then there is the cost issue. The last time I checked with Cummins (July), a factory rebuilt B5.9 160 hp long block was around $9000. That doesn't include any cooling system, exhaust, electrical components or obviously any of the custom bracketry involved. I could easily see putting $15,000 - $20,000 into this conversion.

p.s. I didn't even ask about the cost of a new engine
