Heater motor question

On Bear (59 W-100 318 poly), the heater blower motor is no longer working. I am going to take it out and bench test it. The switch operates the motor at three speeds. None of them are working now and the last time it worked, it was somewhat noisy. The question I have is, Where do I take this thing to be overhauled? Is there someone who specializes in this or what? Winter is upon us in Southern California and it even sprinkled last week. I need to get the defroster back in shape!
