I don't know if we have 80% of the world's lawyers, but we do have 80 - 90% of the world's LAWSUITS...
Reason being that in other countries if you file a lawsuit that turns out to be frivolous, you are penalized. Anyone in this country can sue anyone else whether or not their reasons are well founded... with no penalty at all...
and the lawyers who run this country wouldn't have it any other way...
