Hi truck,
The closest that you will get is either LT245/75R16, or LT255/70R16. Both of these tires measure close to 9.5 inches wide and 30" tall, with the 70 aspect tire being slightly smaller. Measure your 900/16 to see how tall it was before chosing, keep in mind that the 900 is probably worn and will have about ½" in tire diameter missing due to tread wear.
