W500 lockout measurements?

A friend of mine found a set of lockouts he thinks might fit a W500, but as he does not have one on hand he needs to know what W500 lockouts measure as.

He wants to know:

Bolt circle diameter and the number of bolts.

Shaft diameter and number of splines
