I have always wondered what became of that truck, like did it go to a gsa auction and end up hacked up for toyota doors? I know the rear tires could clear more due to flat bed but i sure wonder how they did the front end, that is a huge tire and i wish i could figure what the offset was on the tire/wheel and who made it. I am trying to run some goodyear sure grip traction terra tires on my w100. I can not find a 16 inch wide rim/wheel anywhere so far. Goodyear dealer in san antonio is looking though, prob have to call factory to see who they say has built the 16 wide wheel. The terra is a 16.1 ag tire but i need floation where i am. the tire is actually 44.6x18.5x16.1 weighs 135 pounds, tubeless, 6 or 8 ply available, i found them t T&W tire company in S.A.Texas ! 800 254 8271. $285 each no tax as farm tire. Planning to run tubes and screw the wheel to tire with metal screws if if slips as low ps1. Those are the same type tire on the pics of alaska 4x4s at my www.imageevent.com/oddball/tradingpost. Figure i will use a extra set of fenders that are cutout and another m37 fender welded over the gap. Might have to run shackle kits from Shaggys dodge site, i donot know, am very worried about a steering interference from the inside of the tire to tierod and deaglink. Hope to get tire as soon as wheel is located. Thanks for help with the swamp fox info!
