Sometimes new fluid, & filter along with band & throttle pressure adjustments will work. If yours has no way to drain the convertor you might consider taking it to a tranny shop where they can flush it. I have pulled a cooler line & ran the motor while adding new fluid till the new oil appeared in the drain pan. You will waste some fluid. BUT I am not sure if the fluid goes though the convertor in neutral or should a guy be shifting it though the gears, this would also help flush the servos. Learn the diagnostics Before removal & dont take anything apart (like valve body)that doesn`t need to be touched. (Just my .02) Maybe there is a tranny man that could tell us about flushing?
