Ok well as you know yesterday I put a hole in my radiator, while replacing the waterpump gasket. Well, yesterday I decided it would be a good time to get a new fan belt. So I took the old one off and put it aside. Well today I go to grab it to take it to the parts store to get a new one (I find the "kids" at the parts store are much more helpfull if you show them what you need). Guess what, the fan belt is gone (no tools are gone so I doubt human pranks) What I suspect is either my dog or some "woodland creature" desided to play with the "dead snake" nicely coiled by my truck???? I spent an hour looking around it is gone. So with no real referance to go by what fan belt does a 68 WM300 w/ 251 take???
