74 International 4+4 345 exhaust manifold??

Help. In need of right side exhaust manifold for a customers 74 International 100 series4+4 truck.It has a 345V8 engine stick shift. I have tried a bunch of places no luck. The part is broken in 3 parts its shot.Getting truck ready for plowing season.Any info would be great.Must keep all old trucks on the road no matter if not Dodge! Thanks The Dodge Boys.
