If I remember correctly, you should be able to take some 3/8" or 5/16" bolts and thread them through two threaded holes in the pulley. These bolts will push against the timing cover and push the pulley off of the crankshaft. You may need to take care to make sure you don't put dents in your timing cover where the bolts contact it. Maybe you can put some scraps of metal between the bolts and timing cover to spread out the load, and just make sure you don't deform the cover. I seem to remember that the bolts will touch the timing cover right where the front main seal is held in the cover, so you don't want to damage this area.
