Too bad you didn't buy your friend's truck from him before he traded it in. You would both have made a much better deal, and the car dealer would have been out all that profit. It's been over 10 years since I bought anything from a dealership. I hate getting messed with like you just got from your friendly dealer. At least you got away from them before you got taken for a bunch of money, consider yourself lucky.
