Not a bad deal. I think you might be able to do a little better on price. With the 5 speed manual the 3.54 gear will be just fine pulling. If you are gonna really overload it then the 4.10 would be better but you will get some pretty good mileage with the 3.54 and the diesel.
I know a lot of guys on here are old truck or no truck guys but the new Rams are very good trucks and will pull trailers all day long.
