I carry an extra in the glovebox. So when I get home I'll swap it out and see what's up. The one on the truck is new but that doesn't mean anything. So who knows, hopefully it's simple, last time it sat in the parking lot for three days, nobody, not me, my dad (PO for 24 years), coworkers, could get the damn thing started. I replaced ground wires, added a ground strap, starter solenoid, electronic ignition, new coil, new ballast resistor, new distributor, only thing I can think of now. I even over rode the ignition switch by using a screw driver to make a driect connection to the power source on the starter solenoid/switch without using the ignition switch. To no avail. Hell, it runs better in 10 degrees than it does in 90.

I don't know, eventually I'll figure it out. ERRR.
