A lot of phone scams etc come out of Quebec I don`t mean to blackball all the people there but use caution. They could have poor consumer protection there. Peace my French brothers but some of the worst high pressure IGNORANT pushy sales reps I had the misfortune to deal with were from La Belle Province. Sincerely GB
