The flatfender (original) style Power Wagons and the WWII Dodge 4x4's came with Chrysler built axles. I believe the ones that came in the flatfender Power Wagons were about equivalent to a Dana 60 as far as strength goes, except in axle shaft strength, where they were somewhat weaker than the Dana 60.
