timing chain (or gear) replacement is not a normal maintenance service like it is with timing belts. check your owners manual if you have one and also check with the local dodge dealer service department. to determine what the dodge factory recommended services are.
timing chain should run at least
100 to 150k with no problem if you change oil/fiter on a regular basis. i would however change waterpump, thermostat, all belts and all hoses as part of 75k service.
