Well so far I'm not having any problems with anything (knock on wood). Other than a loose PS belt, and a sticky throttle cable. But winter is fast approaching and I do not (repeat do not) want to be out working on this truck in the cold, nor do I want a major mechanical breakdown for that matter, if the chain is loose and does jump a gear tooth. She's my daily driver, if I didn't have to rely on her solely then I wouldn't worry too much about it.
