I am thinking about which truck would have the best floation, a wc 6x6 with wide extreme terra tires or a ffpw with them?
does the extra axle help in the mud or does its extra weight increase ground pressure to make it about the same as a ffpw with the terra tires. I really donot care about rockclimbing but what is the biggest tire that can be run on the wc 6x6 rears..The rears look very close to me and will the large dia terra fit and clean out mud ?If a person wanted to, can the rears be spaced a little farer apart or would it require a different driveshaft between the rears, lengthening the suspension etc? What tire comes on the wc 6x6 anyway? Also if i have to spin the tires to clean mud out of cleats does the front tire(of the rears) keep balling up his behind brother tire? Could you please post some pictures of the rear assembly of the 6x6, i have never seen one. Will a wc 6x6 rear end match the frame of a ffpw if a person decided to build a ffpw 6x6 without butchering, i might drill some holes to fishplate the rear to ffpw but will not torch one! Anybody got a wc 6x6 reard driving assembly complete or a dead complete unit, does not have to have body but would be nice, i do not torch ever, it is a sin to cut up antique iron to junk yard! I have exta frame i think will work from junkyard rescue, are there any swivel wc 6x6s?
