You need to find a place on a server somewhere to park your photos. Then find the URL of the photo and put it in the "Optional Image Link" below. Your ISP may supply some space to you or there are several inexpensive photo hosting sites available. The free photo hosting sites that allow you to link to your photo are pretty much gone.
